Bramsh Chandio is currently a fourth year PhD student at Indiana University Bloomington in the Intelligent Systems Engineering Department. Her research focuses on automatic segmentation of white matter bundles from whole brain tractograms, registration of white matter tracts and statistical analysis of white matter bundles (tractometry).

    Axon-way took first prize home at Cheng Wu Innovation Challenge 2021. Axon-way, a software tool that finds the effects of neurological and psychological conditions on white matter structural connectivity of the brain. Axon-way project is led by Bramsh Qamar Chandio, PhD Candidate advised by Dr. Garyfallidis. Chandio's team was awarded $15,000 prize money.
